When the long-established sushi restaurant “Takotake”, founded in 1831, reopened, they selected Takesada Shoten’s white bamboo panels for their interior. This renowned establishment has preserved its traditional flavors while continually evolving with the times. It is a great honor for Takesada Shoten to have been involved, even in a small way, in its revival.
