Oliver Franz is a trained cabinetmaker and industrial designer with international experience. For more than a decade, he has contributed his expertise in graphic, product, and interior design, as well as bamboo art, to the work of Takesada Shoten. With an ability to quickly absorb tacit knowledge, and a deep understanding of materials and traditional craftsmanship, he combines hands-on development with computer-aided technologies to create sustainable designs that seamlessly unite tradition and modernity.
