For the sushi dining venue Sushi Shōta in Sapporo, custom bamboo panels were used to enhance both the ceiling and walls. The ceiling features panels made from 5 mm-wide white bamboo slats, while the walls are adorned with sesame bamboo hammer-split panels, serving as an elegant artwork within the space.
